About 7B-IV
7B-IV Trinity Wellness Center is a wellness clinic and mobile service company whose main health focus is providing infusion hydration therapy services. The company is run by Melinda Adams who started it as a way to provide the community with holistic, natural, and affordable health options.
This website design and development would end up being my most recent project that pushed my creativity for problem-solving user experience challenges further.

Website Vision
The clients had a lot of ideas on the functionality they wanted to see on this website. They knew what they were looking for in the website and offered suggested integrations for a fine-tuned gravity form for scheduling an infusion hydration therapy appointment, high-quality video and image integration, a discount lightbox that appears only once when a user opens the website in a new browser, a secure form for patience to share how their appointment went, along with pages dedicated to showing their IVs and Injections, their partners, memberships, and staff.
Besides the coding necessary to integrate these ideas, their previous website had practically no information regarding their additional therapies, new IVs they acquired, memberships, or partners that I could draw from to include in this new website. So not only was there much discussion about their interests and the content necessary for these pages but also I was researching everything I could find about the company, figuring out their brand language, and generating additional ideas including adding additional therapy service pages, how to build the membership pages, and finding more IVs they include in their therapies.
Experiential Design
I had a unique idea of formatting the user interface on the landing page based on the client's branding of being represented by a water droplet. This led to a page where users felt like they were exploring deeper into the water as they scrolled down.
I obtained high-quality water images and a water droplet video and edited both the video in After Effects and the images in Photoshop so that they knit together imperceptibly.
The feeling of being above or under the water carried with the rest of the website pages with some exceptions in the infusions product pages, adding to brand memorability.

Appointment Scheduling User Journey
The biggest challenge for this website was to create a streamlined user experience for scheduling an appointment while integrating the client's proposed ideas for the IVs and Injections. The challenge came about because Melinda Adams didn't want clients to purchase IVs and Injections directly from the website as it is possible for patients to be administered additional Add-ons or different IVs based on the catered health assessments the nurses may provide.
So the IV and Injection pages for formatted in a hybrid of a product purchase page layout and an appointment scheduling page.
I created wireframes to illustrate how to connect the IV and Injection pages with the appointment scheduling page. There were some limitations posed by the programs and the amount of coding I was permitted to do, but I came up with a streamlined user journey either way where the IV and Injection pages and the appointment scheduling pages transition logically and quickly.
